A favourite on the British comedy circuit, Carey is renowned for his unique blend of dark humour, mischievous storytelling and razor-sharp wit. His brilliantly crafted material has made him a regular headliner at the country’s top comedy clubs and festivals around the world. He is also the writer and star of the BBC Radio 4 comedy Intensive Carey, adapted from his acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe show.

A two-time winner of Best International Show at the New Zealand Comedy Festival, Carey has appeared on BBC One, Channel 4, Comedy Central and many more, earning a reputation as one of the finest joke writers in British comedy.
