Your shack payment is a HIRE FEE and will NOT be taken off your bill.

Dogs are permitted in our shacks as long as they are not on the furniture.

Shacks fit 8 adults comfortably – any more people than this may be unconfortable.

If you are late and do not contact us to let us know when to expect you, your table will be held for 15 minutes before being released to the general public.

£10 per person deposits are expected for bookings of 12 and above.

£10 per person deposits are expected for booking of 8 and above at The Herbalist.

This fee will be taken off the bill at the end.

All attendees (including children in high chairs) are subject to this deposit fee. (Essentially seats at the table)

Prams, car seats and babes in arms are exempt from this rule.

For a full refund on your booking, we require more than 7 days notice.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days, we can move your booking to another date but not offer a full refund.

If you reduce your group size, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
