We pride ourselves on our talented and passionate flair bartenders and mixologists. Creating unique cocktails and presenting them is truly an art. We had a chat with our Assistant Manager, Yoshi, about his experience with Elite Pubs so far.
About his training, he said, “I have learnt my craft attending Hotel School in my home country Sri Lanka followed by working in 5-star hotels within the capital Colombo. I have also trained in Singapore and Dubai and performed on an episode of Dragons Den.
I have won many awards and competitions within my 12-year career history as both a flair bartender and a mixologist.”
We were delighted to welcome Yoshi as part of the Elite Pubs family in 2021.
“I joined Elite Pubs in Summer 2021, working as a bartender in The Farm House, West Malling. I quickly built a regular customer base at The Cow Shed offering them excellent cocktails. After working hard in both the Farm House and The Cow Shed, l was offered the opportunity to become Bar Manager for both followed quickly by a further promotion to become Assistant Manager.”
