RECIPE:

Step 1

Muddle together half of your fig and half of a clementine to release flavours and aromas

Step 2

Add 50ml Tequila, 20ml lime juice and 20ml sugar syrup to your shaker with ice

Step 3

Add your muddled fig and clementine

Step 4

Shake well

Step 5

Add ice to your rock glass

Step 6

Double strain

Step 7

Garnish with your other half fig

Step 8

Enjoy and make for all of your friends!
