INGREDIENTS:
Wildshark Supernova Brut
Redcurrant puree
10ml Sugar syrup
Redcurrant
Rosemary
Icing sugar
RECIPE:
Step 1
Add 25ml redcurrant puree and 10ml sugar syrup to your glass and mix well
Step 2
Add 125ml Wildshark Supernova Brut and stir
Step 3
Garnish with fresh redcurrant and a sprig of rosemary
Step 4
Add a sprinkling of icing sugar for extra flair
Step 5
