    Louis' Story

Louis started his career in hospitality as a Kitchen Porter when he was 16. Working in a local 16th century pub, he learnt everything from the kitchen, to the bar, to the bedrooms.

A few years later he applied for a role as Front of House Team Member at Elite Pubs, and after a successful (and somewhat busy) job trial, he joined The Farm House team in 2020.

Louis worked in the role for 2 months, before his hard work, dedication and leadership skills were recognised, and he was promoted to an Assistant Manager.

Now on the management team and leading a busy restaurant and bar, he told us “I absolutely love my role, leading a team, customer interaction, beer deliveries and the fast-paced environment. The only thing I don’t enjoy is making coffee.. I’m just not any good at making them!”
