George’s journey started with us in March 2019 at The Farm House. As his first ever job, he supported the team on a part-time basis – collecting glasses and supporting behind the bar. Adapting with the needs of the business, George moved to The Poacher & Partridge during lockdown to support with our takeaway service.
Later on in the year when hospitality reopened, George returned to The Farm House as Front of House Team Member. Having found his passion and skill-set for customer service and operations on the floor, he was soon promoted as a Trainee Supervisor at The Potting Shed!
We asked George what his favourite thing is about his job, he told us “the best thing about the job is the people that you get to work with everyday”.
