Continuing our staff showcasing, here’s Louise, our Finance Assistant. Louise has been with us for nearly two years and now we can’t imagine life without her!

The teams in the office are the faces you don’t particularly see at the pubs, but nevertheless are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that staff and customers alike are getting the best experience possible!

In July 23 I applied for a Finance Administrator role with Elite Pubs having worked for a small local company in the accounts dept, from the moment I was interviewed I could feel the passion and drive to be part of a great team, striving to be the best!

I have always been interested in the hospitality industry and was already a frequent user of my local Elite Pub, The Potting Shed, so as a customer I already knew the high standards and good atmosphere of happy staff delivering great service.

I now work in a fantastic team that encourage and support one another and work cross functionally with operations and events, we are encouraged to offer ideas and suggestions to improve and develop our ever-growing brand which I love and am proud to be a part of. My head is normally full of ideas as I like to think as the customer “What does good service look like?”; “How can we evolve?”.

The company have supported my growth and development: I am currently working through my AAT Level 2 certificate in Accounting, which the company have funded, and very recently I passed my first unit! This commitment to my learning only re-enforces what a great company Elite Pubs is to work for.

I am very fortunate to work with so many amazing and talented people, I cannot wait to continue my journey with Elite pubs and be part of their continuous growth and success!
