Castlemas is truly a spectacle for the senses. Running from 8th-20th December, the grounds of Tonbridge Castle are totally transformed into a festive paradise. You’ll find local craft businesses, decorations, food and drinks stalls as well as a dome stage where amazing performances take place!

Santa’s lodge opens on 3rd December and closes on 24th December. At Santa’s Lodge, you will learn all about the big man in red himself, Santa! Where did he learn the twinkling tricks of the trade? What is the knack behind the signature ‘Ho-Ho-Ho’? How does he really get around the world in one night?

Rochester Dickensian Christmas Festival will be taking place on the 3rd & 4th December this year. Step back in time and experience street entertainment, readings, song and dance as well as delicious local street food to feast on!

Skate Ice Rink has returned to Calverly Park in Tunbridge Wells again this year. Fun for the whole family, pop your skates on and soar! There are two rinks, one for small children or inexperienced skaters and a larger rink for those who fancy themselves pro skaters.

The rink is open 7 days a week from 18th November – 2nd January so there’s plenty of time to get down there!
