Yule Log – Pink Negroni

As our Festive Menu is in full swing, let’s start with a festive favourite, the classic Yule Log with smooth Bailey’s cream. This wonderfully rich dessert pairs with our very own Wildshark Cocktail, Pink Negroni, made from our Wildshark Pink Gin. However, don’t worry, the classic orange notes are still highlighted through Aperol. This cocktail, paired with the Yule log dessert, creates an ideal chocolate orange blend.

Selection of Sorbets – Wildshark Spritz

We offer a range of sorbets, flavours that will suit the whole family. A deliciously smooth fruity flavour of the sorbet pairs beautifully with our very own cocktail, Wildshark Spritz. Our Artisan Gin is the first gin we produced; it is soft and floral with notes of elderflower and fresh cut flowers. This complements the sorbet perfectly, making it the ideal refreshing dessert combination.

Biscoff Cheesecake – Limoncello Spritz

Enjoy the creamy deliciousness of a vegan Biscoff cheesecake. This rich dessert is the perfect option for non-chocolate lovers. A good dessert cocktail to have with this pudding would be a Limoncello Spritz. This Wildshark cocktail contrasts with the creaminess of the cheesecake, ensuring that a refreshing taste is still present.
