Assistant Group Front of House Operations Manager
Salary £40,000.00 – £45,000.00 per annum

Your main objective will be to help, guide and support the General Managers to run their sites successfully and to their full potential. You will be a support and resource, to ensure they have all the necessary tools, information, and resource available to them to ensure they can achieve profitable and effective results. You should be comfortable multi-tasking and working cross- functionality, ensuring consistency in quality and the company service delivery standards.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role (multi-site operational role)
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in operation management and running effective and profitable sites.
This role is multi-site; a full driver’s license is essential together with access to a vehicle.
