Boris has unveiled his long-awaited roadmap out of lockdown – hooray! We’ll be reopening our outdoor space on 12th April, with indoor reservations available from 17th May. Luckily, we don’t need to memorise a completely new set of rules, but we understand that you may still have some questions when visiting us. To make things a little easier, we’ve summarised our frequently asked questions below!
How many people can I book a table for?
You can book for a group of up to 6 people from different households, or a larger group of up to 10 people from a maximum of 2 households.
Are children included in the group numbers?
Yes, children are included as part of your group.
Do I need to pre-book a table?
We welcome walk-ins to all our pubs on a first-come, first-served basis. However, to guarantee your table we’d always suggest booking in advance. You can book your table here.
Will staff be wearing face masks?
The safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. Face masks will be worn by our waiters, bartenders and all staff in our pubs.
Will I be required to wear a mask when I visit?
Masks are still required when entering, leaving and walking around our pubs. You can take your mask off once seated.
Are you still doing Track and Trace?
Track and Trace will continue to be implemented throughout our pubs. If you don’t have the Track and Trace app, you’ll be asked to leave your contact details. This is to enable you to be contacted if you have been in proximity of someone with Covid.
Do I still need to social distance?
Social distancing rules continue to apply. You’ll be required to keep a minimum of 1 metre distance in our pubs.
Is there a curfew?
There will be no curfew this time round! Most of our pubs close at 11pm.
Can I make my order from the bar?
Not just yet. To minimise contact with others, you must order, eat and drink whilst sat at your table.
When can I book a stay at one of your bedrooms?
You’ll be able to stay for the night from 12th April. Our uniquely themed bedrooms are located at The Farm House, The Potting Shed and The Vineyard, and make for the perfect staycation!
Can I order takeaway?
Absolutely! Our takeaway is launching on 5th March and will be available from Friday to Sunday every week.
Will the playgrounds in your gardens be open?
Yes! We’re delighted to say that we’re able to reopen our playgrounds from 12th April for all the fun!
