Boris has given the long-awaited green light for hospitality to fully reopen – hooray! Our 11 pubs and 2 cocktail lounges in Kent and East Sussex are all open, and we’ll be relaxing some of our Covid-19 restrictions on 19th July. We understand that you may still have some questions when visiting us, so to make things a little easier, we’ve summarised our frequently asked questions below.
How many people can I book a table for?
From 19th July, you’ll be able to book a table for up to 14 guests online. For groups larger than this, please contact our Events Team at email@example.com.
Do I need to pre-book a table?
We welcome walk-ins to all our pubs on a first-come, first-served basis. However, to guarantee your table we’d always suggest booking in advance. You can book your table here.
Do I need to bring extra layers if dining outside?
Whilst we do have heaters in our marquees, we would recommend that you bring some extra layers if your table is outside, in the event of the unpredictable British weather!
Can I choose whether I dine inside or outside?
Absolutely – simply choose your booking type when making your reservation. If you wish to dine outside, please select ‘outdoor dining’.
Will staff be wearing face masks?
From 19th July, our staff will no longer be required to wear masks in our pubs and cocktail lounges.
Will I be required to wear a mask when I visit?
As per the government guidelines, from 19th July guests in our pubs and cocktail lounges will no longer be required to wear a face covering. If you wish to continue wearing a face covering, you are more than welcome to.
Are you still doing Track and Trace?
Track and Trace will be encouraged throughout our venues to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, however from 19th July it will no longer be a legal requirement to provide your details to Track and Trace.
Do I still need to social distance?
From 19th July, there will be no requirement to social distance in our venues.
Can I make my order from the bar?
From 19th July, if your table is located inside our venues, you are welcome to order from the bar if you wish. If you are seated outside we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering from you bar, and instead table service will remain.
Can I order takeaway?
Absolutely! Takeaway is available everyday at our pubs.
I need to cancel or amend an upcoming booking
If you made your booking online, you can cancel or amend via the confirmation email. If you have any queries please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m planning an event; can I book for a larger group?

Will the playgrounds in your gardens be open?
Yes! We’re delighted to say that we’re able to reopen our playgrounds are open for all the fun!
