Boris has unveiled his long-awaited roadmap out of lockdown – hooray! Our outdoor spaces are officially open, and we’ll be reopening for indoor reservations on 17th May. Luckily, we don’t need to memorise a completely new set of rules, but we understand that you may still have some questions when visiting us. To make things a little easier, we’ve summarised our frequently asked questions below!
How many people can I book a table for?
You can book for a group of up to 6 people from different households, or a larger group of up to 10 people from a maximum of 2 households.
Do I need to bring extra layers if dining outside?
In line with government guidelines, 50% of our marquee sides must be open. Whilst we do have heaters in our marquees, we would recommend that you bring some extra layers if your table is outside, in the event of the unpredictable British weather!
Can I choose whether I dine inside or outside?
Absolutely – simply choose your booking type when making your reservation. If you wish to dine outside, please select ‘outdoor dining’.
Do I need to pre-book a table?
We welcome walk-ins to all our pubs on a first-come, first-served basis. However, to guarantee your table we’d always suggest booking in advance. You can book your table here.
Are children included in the group numbers?
Yes, children and babies are included as part of your group.
Will staff be wearing face masks?
The safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. Face masks will be worn by our waiters, bartenders and all staff in our pubs.
Will I be required to wear a mask when I visit?
Masks are still required when entering, leaving and walking around our pubs. You can take your mask off once seated.
Are you still doing Track and Trace?
Track and Trace will continue to be implemented throughout our pubs. If you don’t have the Track and Trace app, you’ll be asked to leave your contact details. This is to enable you to be contacted if you have been in proximity of someone with Covid.
Do I still need to social distance?
Social distancing rules continue to apply. You’ll be required to keep a minimum of 1 metre distance in our pubs.
Is there a curfew?
There will be no curfew this time round! Most of our pubs close at 11pm.
Can I make my order from the bar?
Not just yet. To minimise contact with others, you must order, eat and drink whilst sat at your table.
Can I order takeaway?
Absolutely! Takeaway is available everyday at our pubs.
I need to cancel or amend an upcoming booking
If you made your booking online, you can cancel or amend via the confirmation email. If you have any queries please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I book a stay at one of your bedrooms?
You’re now able to stay the night at our pubs. Our uniquely themed bedrooms are located at The Farm House, The Potting Shed and The Vineyard, and make for the perfect staycation!
I’m planning an event; can I book for a larger group?
We are not currently accommodating groups of over 10 people. However, we do hope to continue private dining and events towards the end of 2021. Be sure to keep an eye on our website and socials for updates!
Do the same Covid rules apply when dining inside?
Yes – all rules mentioned above apply to both indoor and outdoor dining.
Will the playgrounds in your gardens be open?
