We had the pleasure of chatting with Stacey, Internal Recruiter at Elite Pubs. Stacey began her career at Elite Pubs in November 2016, where she joined the team at The Poacher & Partridge as an Assistant Manager. Just a few months later, she was promoted to Deputy Manager.

Throughout the last 5 years, Stacey has worked in almost all our pubs. Stacey said, “I love travelling and meeting the teams in all the sites and building a rapport with them.”

The next step in Stacey’s Elite journey was becoming the Internal Recruiter in March 2022. Stacey is exactly what Elite Pubs looks for, not only a driven, self starter but keen to experience all aspects of the business to be a more knowledgeable and well-rounded individual.
